Plunkett & Graver, P.C. is located in
Allentown, Pennsylvania. In order to best serve our clients,
we have chosen to limit our practice to the areas of
commercial and residential real estate, lender
representation, including workouts, business transactions,
and general business law. Our clients include lenders,
owners of shopping centers, real estate developers,
residential builders, franchisees, landlords, small business
owners, and home owners.
The needs of our clients, and the environment in which they
operate, are constantly changing. For over 29 years we have
prided ourselves on our ability to adapt our practice to
meet our clients' ever-evolving needs. We have guided our
clients through real estate purchase transactions utilizing
both traditional financing and more sophisticated
securitized financing, and have helped them navigate the
waters of 1031 Exchanges, and Reverse Exchanges. In today's
business climate we are assisting lenders and businesses in
the restructuring of loan obligations and working jointly on
other creative ideas to meet the current demands and
realities of the marketplace. In addition, we represent our
clients in matters of zoning and land development, and in
the creation of planned communities, and residential and
commercial condominiums. Our practice also includes the
negotiation of commercial leases, asset sales and purchases,
stock sales and purchases, and assisting our clients in the
selection and formation of business entities that will best
meet their business goals and needs.
Our firm serves as an agent for First American Title
Insurance Company in both the residential and commercial
markets. Our title insurance division is headed by Phil
Janny, one of only forty-eight Certified Land Title
Professionals in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Please

our clients. As a result, we are not deal breakers; so that
